Orders are prepared for shipment after payment is confirmed. Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on the delivery address and the products in the order.

Tracking information is provided when available after an order ships. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, holidays, or other events outside our control.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If an address needs to be corrected, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

If a package arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to be lost in transit, contact us promptly with your order number and relevant photos when applicable. We will review the issue and help determine the appropriate next step.
